Bibo’s purpose is to create an excellent experience for people who value creativity, care, and connection. The bar is predominantly seating room only, with some designated standing areas, and has the capacity to host approximately 80 guests at a time. The space surrounds the bar, which acts as the center point and focus of the room.
We will feature a compelling cocktail menu and a thoughtful selection of beers and wines, but it will be our hospitality that se ts us apart. Our goal is that the combination of both our quality and our hospitality, in equal measure, will put us in the conversation as on e o f the best bars in the city, and by extension in the country. Furthermore, we see an opportunity to help cultivate and define the cocktail culture in our neighborhood.
